Registration: It is necessary/mandatory to present an identification document (citizen card or Passport), of the holder of the reservation and his companions, including children.
Security Deposit: It is mandatory on the day of entry to deliver a deposit of 200€ per apartment in cash or by credit card. Atlantichotels has the right to authorize the credit card. The cash deposit will be returned at the end of the stay.
Tourist Tax: Please note that upon arrival you will be required to pay the Tourist Tax in cash. From November 1st to March 31st: R$1.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. From April 1st to October 31st: €2.00 per night per person up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Guests under 12 years of age (inclusive) are exempt from paying the tax. If you do not pay the Tourist Tax, you will not be allowed to check into your accommodation and you will not be reimbursed for any amount already paid for your reservation.
Payment: We inform you that any pending payment related to your stay is made on the day of entry, depending on your booking conditions If the reservation is made through Booking.com or the Website, it is mandatory to present the same credit card used to make the reservation.
Reception Timetable: Open 24H.
Check-in Time: Entrance to the apartment from 16H, if the apartment is clean and available. Entry at 16H is not guaranteed.
Check-Out Time: Departure from the apartment is until 11H. If you leave after 11H without prior authorization from reception, the total amount of an extra night will be charged, up to a maximum amount of 500€.
Bar/Restaurant Timetable: Bar opening hours depend on the time of year, as indicated at the Bar entrance and at Reception.
Breakfast Timetable: From 08H to 10H.
Pool Timetable and Conditions: Pool hours depend on the time of year, they are indicated at the pool entrance and at reception. Unguarded swimming pool. There are no pool towels available. They must respect all the rules set out at the entrance to the pool.
Parking (Outdoor): Free. Depending on availability on the day of arrival, it is not possible to reserve. Garage: €5 per car, per night. Deposit of €20 as a guarantee for the garage control, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Outdoor parking and garage are not guarded. Atlantichotels is not responsible for the vehicles or any damage to them.
Hairdryer: Free service. Available at reception. There is a security deposit of 10€, which will be returned on the day of departure.
Pets: Not allowed.
Wireless Internet: Customers have wireless internet at their disposal. We are not responsible for internet failures of the Telecommunications Operator.
Cleaning service, Towel exchange and Linen exchange at the Apartment: This service is carried out according to the conditions of reservation / rate chosen. We advise you to read the conditions of the reservation made. Any doubts contact the supplier/ agency where the reservation was made.
Iron: Free. Subject to availability. Ironing facilities are not guaranteed for all guests.
Apartment Occupancy: Only people (adults and children) registered and included in the reservation are authorized to sleep and stay in the apartment. If the occupancy exceeds the number of people booked, there will be an additional charge of 30€ per person/per night (adults and children).
Apartment Keys: Only one apartment key will be given at the entrance. During the stay, the apartment key is the customer’s responsibility. If the key is lost or lost, it will cost 50€. The technician’s visit to open the door between 17H and 09H will have an additional cost of 50€. It is not possible to provide a second set of keys.
Special Requests: Please be advised that special requests made at the time of booking are not automatically confirmed, these same orders are subject to availability on the day of entry.

Parking (Indoor): 5€ per car, per night. Deposit of 20€ as a guarantee for the garage remote control, which will be returned at the end of the stay. Unguarded garage, Atlantichotels is not responsible for vehicles or any damage to them (Values shown are per apartment, per night).
Breakfast: From 08H to 10H. There is an extra cost of 10€ per person, per day.

NO VISITS TO THE APARTMENT ARE PERMITTED DURING YOUR STAY.
All equipment and utensils in the apartment are for use and thus guarantee a complete stay, so we appreciate that they are used with common sense. It is forbidden to make any kind of bonfire or use stoves of any kind either on the balconies or in common areas. Atlantichotels is not responsible for valuables left inside the apartments or in common areas of the building. Objects forgotten in the apartment are not kept, please check the apartment well before leaving. All sanitary facilities in the common areas will be closed, you will have to use the facilities in your apartment.
Garbage from the Apartments: Pay attention that it is expressly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the public areas of the unit (eg corridors).

Wireless Internet: Guests have wireless internet at their disposal. We are not responsible for Internet outages from the Telecommunications Operator.
Cleaning service, Towel exchange and Linen exchange at the Apartment: This service is carried out according to the conditions of each reservation / rate chosen. We advise you to read the conditions of the reservation made. Any doubts contact the supplier/ agency where the reservation was made.
Iron: Free. Subject to availability. Ironing facilities are not guaranteed for all guests.
Apartment Occupancy: Only people (adults and children) registered and included in the reservation are authorized to sleep and stay in the apartment. If the occupancy exceeds the number of people booked, there will be an additional charge of 30€ per person/per night (adults and children).
Apartment Keys: At the entrance, only one apartment key will be given. During the stay the apartment key is the customer’s responsibility. In case of loss or loss of the key it will cost 50€. The technician’s travel to open the door between 17H and 09H will have an additional cost of 50€.
Special Requests: Please be advised that special requests made at the time of booking are not automatically confirmed, these same orders are subject to availability on the day of entry.
Extra Services:

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR ACCOMMODATIONS.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE APARTMENTS. Law 37/2008, of August 14, amended by Law 109/2015, of August 26. Offense punishable by a fine of up to €750. If guests do not respect this and smoke inside the apartment, an extra cost of 200€ will be charged.
THE CAPTURE OF IMAGES (PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO) AND THE RECORDING OF AUDIO IS NOT PERMITTED IN ALL OUR FACILITIES, INCLUDING APARTMENTS. Under the terms and with the penalty provided for in article 198 of the Penal Code.
NO VISITS TO THE APARTMENT ARE PERMITTED DURING YOUR STAY.
All equipment and utensils in the apartment are for use and thus guarantee a complete stay, so we appreciate that they are used with common sense. It is forbidden to make any kind of bonfire or use stoves of any kind either on the balconies or in common areas. Atlantichotels is not responsible for valuables left inside the apartments or in common areas of the building. Objects forgotten in the apartment are not kept, please check the apartment well before leaving. All sanitary facilities in the common areas will be closed, you will have to use the facilities in your apartment.
Garbage from the Apartments: Pay attention that it is expressly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the public areas of the unit (eg corridors).
