This apartment is approximately 70m2, modernly equipped, consisting of a bedroom with two single beds, complete bathroom with bathtub, living room and kitchen. It has the maximum occupancy 4 persons. The 3rd and 4th person are accommodated in existing sofa bed in the living room.
All special requests made are not automatically confirmed and will be subject to availability on the day of arrival regardless of the date of reservation.

General Conditions
Attention: Mandatory use of mask or visor inside the closed areas of the establishment, except inside the apartment.
Registration: The customer will have to perform the Pre Check-in Online until 72H of their day of entry, using our www.atlantichotels.pt by clicking on the Pre Check-In option. On the day of entry, it is only necessary to present an identification document (citizen card or passport), of the holder of the reservation, sign the client's form and provide valid credit card details, or a security deposit of 200 € in cash per apartment. The cash deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if there are no damages / breakages in the apartment. It is expressly mandatory to present the same credit card used to make your reservation.
Reception Hours: Open 24 hours.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 16H, if the apartment is clean and available.
Check-out Time: Check-out from the apartment is until 11H. If you leave after 11H without prior authorization from reception, the total amount of an extra night will be charged, up to a maximum of € 500
Payment: We inform you that any pending payment related to your stay is made on the day of entry, depending on your booking conditions.
Elevator: All apartments are accessible by elevator or stairs.
Hairdryer: Free service. Available at reception. There is a security deposit of 10€, which will be returned on the day of departure.
Pets: Not allowed
Wireless Internet: Customers have wireless internet at their disposal, request the password at the reception. We are not responsible for internet failures of the Telecommunications Operator.
Covered Garage: There is an extra charge of € 5 per night, per vehicle. Deposit of 10 € as security deposit for the garage command. Returned at the end of the stay.
Breakfast: Breakfast will be served as a Breakfast Box, the customer can get up at the restaurant between 8 am and 10 am. Each Breakfast Box contains a mixed sandwich, a mixed croissant, a piece of seasonal fruit and a nectar juice or coffee with milk or tea.
If you have not booked a breakfast service, you can do it at the reception with an extra cost of 5€ per person, per day.
Pool Hours and conditions of use: Opening at 10 am and closing at 8 pm. The pool will be supervised by one of our employees, the entrances will be controlled in order to comply with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health. Use of the pool is limited to the space and loungers available. After use, all sunbeds will be properly cleaned. There will be no pool towels available, customers are responsible for bringing their pool towels. Clients can not use the existing towels inside the apartments.
Cleaning service, Towel exchange and Linen exchange at the Apartment: This service is carried out according to the conditions of each reservation / rate chosen. We advise you to read the conditions of the reservation made. Any doubts contact the supplier / operator where the reservation was made.
Daily Cleaning: 10€ per apartment, per night.
Towel exchange: 5€ per person.
Change of sheets: 5€ per person.
Apartment occupancy: Only people who are registered and included in the reservation are allowed to sleep and stay inside the apartment. If
the occupancy exceeds the number of people booked, there is an extra charge of 10€ per person/ per night.
Cot (0 to 2 years old): Free and on request. It is only possible to place one baby cot per apartment.
Extra Bed (From 3 years old or more): 10€ per person / per night.
Apartment Keys: At the entrance, only one apartment key will be given. During the stay the apartment key is the customer's responsibility. In case of loss or loss of the key it will cost 50€. The technician's travel to open the door between 18:00 and 08:00 will have an additional cost of 50€.
Second Apartment Key: 5€ per night + Deposit of 25€. Deposit will be returned when you return the key. The plate will not be delivered to connect the electricity.
Important Information:
Equipment in the Apartment: All the equipment and utensils in the apartment are for use and thus guarantee a complete stay, so we appreciate that they are used with common sense. It is strictly forbidden to place wooden furniture on the balcony. If it happens and the furniture appears damaged it will be charged to the customer.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the public areas of the unit (eg, corridors). We appreciate you respecting it.
All of our apartments are Non-Smoking, we appreciate that you respect them. It is forbidden to build any type of fire or to use stoves of any kind either on the balconies or in common areas. Atlantichotels is not responsible for valuables left either inside the apartments or in common areas of the building. We are not responsible for any damages on vehicles parked outside. The custody of them remains the responsibility of the client.
Forgotten objects are kept for 90 days. Hygiene or food products are destroyed in order to avoid contamination.
All the sanitary facilities in the common areas will be closed; the client will have to use the facilities of his apartment.
